 Mr Lawrence Mutsunge Nazare � Board Chairman
Mr Nazare holds BL(Hons) and LLB degrees from the University of Zimbabwe, and has been in the Insurance Industry for the past 18 years. He has held senior management positions at Zimre and Tristar Insurance before taking up his current positi
on as Managing Director and Principal Officer of ZB Re. He is the current Chairman of the Insurance Council and Past Chairman of Zimbabwe Association of Reinsurance Offices (ZARO).
 Ms Sibongile Mhlanga
Ms Mhlanga is currently Group Company Secretary for Zimre Holdings. Prior to her current position she worked for various companies in Financial positions and these include Tedco, Zimbabwe Reinsurance Corporation and Barclays Bank. She has more that 16 years experience and holds a Bsc Accounting (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe. She is currently studying for an MBA qualification with the University of Zimbabwe.
 Mr Shadowsight Kumbirai Chiganze
Mr Chiganze holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Zimbabwe and has over 25 years in the Banking Industry. He currently holds the position of Executive Head � Business Development within the ZB Group. Mr Chiganze sits on a number of Boards which include various ZB Group Companies, Alexander Forbes Zimbabwe Ltd, The Trust Company of Central Africa and many others. He also serves on the Makumbe High School Board of Governors.
 Mr Edson Muvingi
Mr Muvingi is the Managing Director of Zimre Property Investments Ltd. He is a holder of BSc degree in Rural & Urban Planning, a diploma in International Trade and Investment, Certificate in Export and Import Practice, an Msc in Infrastructure Planning and Management (Stuttgart Germany), a Diploma in Real Estate and is a qualified valuer and Registered Estate Agent for both Zimbabwe and Namibia. Mr Muvingi has more than 10 years experience in the Property Industry and sits on various Company Boards.
 Obadiah Moyo
Mr Obadiah Moyo is currently the Chief Financial Officer of African Banking Corporation (Zimbabwe). He has held various high level positions within the ABC Group including a position as Chief Financial Officer for ABC Tanzania. He has worked for Deloitte and Touche, Fincor Finance and Barbican Holdings prior to joining ABC Group. Mr Moyo holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) degree UZ, a Post-graduate Diploma in MBA (UZ) and is a Chartered Accountant.
 Mr Fanuel Kapanje
Mr Kapanje is currently the Executive Head Group Finance & Risk of ZB Financial Holdings Limited. He has held various high level positions within the ZB Financial Holdings including a position as Head Group Finance & Accounting, Group Management Accountant. He has also worked for Deloittee & Touche. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science Hons (UNISA) and Accountancy Hons degrees from the University of Zimbabwe. Mr Kapanje also holds a Certificate of Accounting Theory (ICAZ) and is a Chartered Accountant.

He sits on various Boards which include Zimbabwe Traffic Safety Council (ZTSC), Campus Crusade for Christ (Zimbabwe), Board of Governors for Watershed College.
