The Credsure Claims Tracker enables you to track the progress of your claim from the internet and at anytime if you have a submitted claim with Credsure. With this tracking system, you don�t need to come to our office or phone us, you just need to log in to check the progress of your claim. It gives you updates on the claim status/progress and pending requirements/documents needed to be submitted for claims processing, if any required.
Hence it is efficient, convenient, saves time and money.

For brokers it provides a list of all your claims and their status and hence makes easy to compute claims history of their clients.
How to use it
� You need to open a Credsure Claims Tracker account with us
� Every time you want to check status of your claim, login with your username and password or claim number provided when you registered. Register here.
� Updates and request for the pending documents for the claims processing will be shown.
� Claims procedures are attached to show you relevant information needed to settle your claims.
